Why we use it: to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation or enter into a contract with you. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who sees it: we do not sell or share your data for marketing. It is processed on our behalf by our website platform and our email provider, only to deliver and store your message.
How long we keep it: enquiries are kept for up to two years, or longer where they lead to a contract and we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
